Ingredients One 5 pound whole pork tenderloin 1 cup brown sugar (dark or light) 2-3 tablespoons rum (dark or coconut) 2 cloves garlic (crushed) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 3 bay leaves (broken) 4 whole bananas Preparation Marinade/Rub Preparation: Combine brown sugar, rum, garlic, cloves, salt, pepper, ginger, and bay leaves.
