Ingredients Tart Shells 5 large eggs, separated 1 cup firmly packed dark-brown sugar 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/4 tablespoon salt 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Preparation Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
