Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients 8 slices rustic Italian bread, about 3/4 in thick Extra-virgin olive oil 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half salt and pepper Preparation Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast under preheated broiler until slightly toasted on both sides.
