Ingredients

4 pita breads, pref. whole wheat

Dressing-

2 T red wine vinegar

1 T olive oil

1 T cold water

1/4 t. paprika

1/4 t. salt

1 small garlic clove, minced

pinch of thyme & oregano

freshly ground pepper

Salad

4 cups loosely packed salad greens, bite sized

1 cup broccoli & caulif. steamed and cooled, chopped small

1/2 c. julienned cucumber

1/2 c. red onion, chopped

1/2 cup each of cherry tomato halves and shredded peeled carrot

1 oz. each of cured ham or turkey and swiss cheese strips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap pita in foil and warm 5 minutes. Whisk dressing together. Add to salad and toss well. Cut 1" off edge of pita, open and spoon salad in. Serve immediately. 188 cal per serving
