Ingredients

8 Roma Tomatoes (cored, de-seeded, and diced small)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

1-2 serrano Chilies (de-seeded and finely chopped)

Note: The seed is where the majority of heat is in all chilies, but if you like it really hot, leave them in at your discretion.

½ cup rough chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Strong pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all of your ingredients together very well and serve immediately. Will hold well for 3-5 days covered in the refrigerator.
