Ingredients

1 cup Mayonaisse

2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic

1 hard boiled egg, chopped

1 pound Jumbo Lump Crab

2 Tablespoons Fine diced Red Pepper

2 Green Onions, thin sliced

Hot sauce to taste

1 tsp Capers

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, folding into the crabmeat as to not break it up. Serve atop fried green tomatoes or eggplant rounds.
