Ingredients
Chef Sandman’s Sizzling Sauce (highly reccomended) or any other maranara sauce
Bagels
cheese (mozarella preferred)
oregano
oven with capability to broil
tin foil
Preparation
-Put tin foil over oven grates -Preheat oven on broil -Set out desired ammount of bagels -spread sauce evenly over the top of both bagel tops -sprinkle cheese on top of sauce -sprinkle oregano on top of cheese -put bagels on top of tin foil and let broil in oven for 5-7 minutes until bagel has reached desired golden color
