Ingredients

21/2 lb. red potatoes 1 lb. med

shrimp(deshelled&deveined 1/2 lb. crawfish(deshelled) 1/2 lb. clams(canned) 1/2 lb. lump crabmeat(canned) 1/2 red onion(small dice) 3 cloves garlic(minced) 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 cup fresh parsley(chopped) 1/2 cup cilantro(chopped) 1 lemon(juice&zest) 2 carrots(small die) 3 ribs celery(thin crescents) 1/2 lb. snow peas(blanched whole) 1/2 gal. heavy cream 1 cup sour cream 1/2 gal. salted water 1Tbsp. creole seasoning 1 tsp. hot sauce(optional)

Preparation

In large stockpot, combine all ingredients(except seafood and snow peas). Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Cover and simmer til potatoes are tender.Add seafood and snowpeas, continue to simmer for 5 min. Serve as desired. Bon appetit
