Ingredients

1 lb bacon fried

1 chopped white onion

1 cup chopped carrot

2.5 cups of chopped russet potatoes

2 bullion cubes

1 cup water

3 cups milk

17 oz can of corn undrained

3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese dusted in 3 tbs of flour

Preparation

Cook bacon and set aside. Do not discard grease.

Cook onions in grease, drain off half of the grease.

Add potatoes until al dente. Add water, milk, carrots, bullion, and corn. Cook until vegetables cooked.

Stir in cheese.

Eat.
