HEAT OVEN TO 375F, IN UNGREASED 1 QUART CASSEROLE DISH, MIX HOT WATER, MILK, 2 TBSP MARGERINE, & MASHED POTATO MIX, COVER PARTIALLY W/ PLASTIC WRAP & MICROWAVE FOR 2-4 MINUTES, WHIP POTATOES W/ FORK UNTIL FLUFFY & STIR IN CHIVES, SMOOTH MIXTURE W/ SPATULA, CRUSH CRACKERS & MIX W/ CHEESE & MELTED BUTTER, SPRINKLE OVER TOP OF POTATOES, BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES
