Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (12 ounce) carton black bean dip

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes Mexican Fiesta, drained

or 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Chipotle, drained

1/2 cup sliced green onions

Tortilla chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350o F. Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Top with the bean dip and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES MEXICAN FIESTA and green onions. Serve with Tortilla chips
