Ingredients
1/2 cup grated provalone
1/2 cup grated parmesan (save half)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (save half)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
handful (1 to 1/2 cup) shredded spinach
6 shredded basil leaves
8 (~1/2 can) artichokes
2 tbsp orange or lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic salt
pinch kosher salt
pinch pepper
Preparation
combine all ingredients in food processor (except half of remaining parmesan and mozzarella). spoon processed mixture in baker. generously sprinkle left-over parmesan and mozzarella cheese until well covered. bake 20-30 mins or until cheese is browned and crusty.
