Ingredients

1 pkg (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened

1 pkg (6 oz) smoked ham, chopped

1 pkg (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

3 lbs red potatoes, thinly sliced (~12 cups)

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 350*

  2. Spray 13 x 9 dish with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in large bowl until well blended.

  3. Add potatoes, ham, peas and 1 3/4 cups fo the cheese. Stir gently to coat all ingredients.

  4. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

  5. Bake one hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender.
