Ingredients
Leftover mashed potatos
cubes of cheese (Buffalo Mozzerella is awesome, and Velveeta works great)
parmesean cheese
garlic salt or powder
Preparation
Take refrigerated leftover mashed potatoes, and form a ball around cubed chunks of cheese. Roll the ball in garliced parmesean cheese and place on baking sheet. put under broiler until golden brown. Then serve!
