Ingredients

30oz frozen hash browns

1 can cream of chicken soup

16oz sour cream

1/2C chopped onion

2C shredded cheddar cheese

1/4C melted butter

1C crushed corn flakes

salt

pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • In big bowl, thaw hash browns 1/2 hour and break up.
  • Mix in soup through cheese.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake 45 minutes.
  • Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
  • Bake another 15m or until golden.
