Ingredients
30oz frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
16oz sour cream
1/2C chopped onion
2C shredded cheddar cheese
1/4C melted butter
1C crushed corn flakes
salt
pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In big bowl, thaw hash browns 1/2 hour and break up.
- Mix in soup through cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake 45 minutes.
- Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter.
- Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
- Bake another 15m or until golden.
