Ingredients
8 medium red potatoes peeled and chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 red pepper chopped
1/2 stick butter
4 oz of Velveeta cut up
4 oz montery jack shredded
salt and pepper
Preparation
Tear 4 large pieces of foil about 12 inches long. Spray with a nonstick spray. Chop potatoes, onions and peppers in bite size piece and divide 4 portions onto foil. Cube butter and the Velvetta. Add The Montery Jack. Add salt and pepper to taste Fold foil in center and fold over making seal. Crimp ends and they are ready for the grill. Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.
