Ingredients
3lbs red potatoes
3 leeks
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
4 slices bacon
4oz velveta cheese
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
pepper
Preparation
Boil and peel potatoes while sauting leeks in butter. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and add to chicken broth and leeks. Bring this to a simmer and add milk and cheese stirring regularly. Add pepper to tast.
