Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 stick melted butter
2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
Combine potatoes, 1/2 stick butter, cheese, onion, soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Stir well. Spoon mixture into a buttered ovenproof 9x13" pan.
Stir together remaining (1/2 stick) butter and corn flakes. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 60 minutes.
