Ingredients
1 pound ground moose meat
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1Tblsp, lemon pepper olive oil
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 can condensed cheese soup
salt
white pepper
garlic powder
1 package Bertolli spahgetti nooddles
1/2 cup grated parm. cheese
Preparation
Saute moose meat untill fully cooked, and onion, mushroom and bell peppers. cook until veggies are tender, add 1Tbls. lemon pepper olive oil., 2 8oz cans of tomato sauce, garlic powder and cheese soup. Bring to a simmer and add cooked nooddles, season to taste with salt and white pepper, garnish with grated parm, serve immediatly.
