Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 pkg (6 oz) Oscar Mayer Smoked ham, chopped

2 cups white rice uncooked

2 cups milk

2 cups frozen peas

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Miracle whip/Mayo

Preparation

  1. Preheat to 425*

  2. Mix rice, soup, milk, dressing, ham and peas in 2-qt baking dish

  3. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 mins

  4. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until rice is tender and cheese is melted

  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
