Ingredients

1 1/4 c stone ground corn meal

1 c cream corn

1 c sour cream

1/3 c vegetable oil

2 eggs

1/4 t salt

2 t baking powder

1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients by hand. Pour into greased, 8 inch pan. Bake @ 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
