Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti

1 can rotel

1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken

1 small chopped onion

16 oz veleveeta, cubed

garlic salt or powder

1 can chicken drained, or cut up boiled chicken breasts

Preparation

Boil noodles. While noodles are boiling, combine cheese, onion, chicken, rotel (drained), 1 can of soup, and garlic. Melt in the microwave for 2 minutes then stir. Melt for another minute. Drain noodles and pour cheese mixture over the noodles and stir. Yiels 6 servings.
