Ingredients
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 pkg. Velveeta shells and cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots
Preparation
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken, cook on medium high heat, 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add pasta, milk, and water. Bring to a boilReduce heat to medium low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add broccoli and carrots, cover. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in velveeta cheese sauce until well blended.
