Ingredients

1 tbs vegetable oil

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 can Campbell’s Broccoli Cheese soup

1 1/2 uncooked Minute Original Rice

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

In 2 quart shallow baking dish mix oil, soup, rice, and pepper.Place chicken on rice mixture. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
