Ingredients

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1 1/3 c water or broth

3/4 c uncooked long grain white rice

2 c fresh or frozen vegetables

1/2 tsp onion powder

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 c reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Stir soup, water(BROTH), rice, vegetables and onion powder in 12 x 8 shallow baking dish.
  2. Stop with chicekn. Season chicen as desire. I use Natures Seasoning and Seasoned Salt). Cover.
  3. Bake at 375 for 45 min. o until chicken is done. Top with cheese.
