Ingredients
1 cup flour
salt and pepper
2 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup corn flakes, semi crushed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. Set up 3 bowls. Combine flour, S&P in one; combine egg whites and milk in second; combine cornflakes and cheese in third.
Coat a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Dip chicken in flour, then in egg wash, then roll in cheese-cornflake mixture. Arrange on baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve with ketchup or bbq sauce.
