Ingredients
head cauliflower
cheese (cheddar, jack, etc.)
mayonaise
mustard (yellow, spicy, etc.)
Preparation
steam cauliflower,leaving head intact. preheat oven to 350 degrees. while cauliflower is steaming; mix 1 cup mayo with 1/2 cup mustard (sauce should be tangy, but not overpowered by the mustard, you want a nice light yellow color.) shred 8oz block of cheese. when cauliflower is steamed, transfer intact head to glass or lined baking dish. cover cauliflower in mustard/mayo sauce. top with shredded cheese. bake uncovered, untill sheese is melted (apx. 15min) quarter and enjoy.
