Ingredients

Fontina or Camembert cheese

Freshly dug beets (washed)

Walnuts (chopped)

Knox Gelatin/ 1 packet

freshly grated ginger (optional)

Preparation

Prep gelatin in a CLEAN bowl,set aside Slice beets into 2" strips & boil for 10 m. Add beets & walnuts to gelatin Refrigerate gelatin until soft set cube cheese and “float” in gelatin refrigerate for 2 days , uncovered garnish w/ grated ginger to add bite !
