tablespoons process cheese spread with bacon (from a jar)

slices cooked roast beef (1/8 inch thick)

baby dill pickles, well drained

Ketchup and/or mustard, if desired

Preparation

Place beef slices individually on work surface. Spread each completely with cheese spread.

Place 3 pickles across short end of each slice. If necessary, trim pickles to fit. Roll up.

Cut each roll crosswise into 1-inch chunks. To eat, dip in ketchup or mustard.
