Ingredients
1 bag of your favorite frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower work best!)
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded parmesean cheese
1 large can Durkee onions
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until all vegetables are well coated, reserving 1/3 can of Durkee onions. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining onions over the mixture.
Cover and bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
