3 CUPS SOUR CREAM

CRUST: MIX ALL CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. RESERVE 3 TABLESPOONS FOR TOPPING. PRESS REMAINDER INTO BOTTOM AND SIDES OF 9 INCH SPRINGFORM PAN.

FILLING: COMBINE EGGS, CHEESE, SUGAR AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. BLEND IN SOUR CREAM. POUR INTO CRUST. TOP WITH RESERVED CRUMBS. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES F. FOR ONE HOUR. CHILL 4-5 HOURS.
