Ingredients

Filling:

2.5 lb cream cheese

1.5 c sugar

3 T flour

2.5 t vanilla

1 t lemon juice

5 eggs

0.25 c heavy cream

Topping:

1 c sour cream

2 T sugar

1 t vanilla

Crust:

2.25 c crumbs

0.33 c brown sugar

0.5 t cinnamon

0.33 c melted butter

Preparation

Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9 or 10 inch spring pan. In a mixer bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Bake at 500 for 10 minutes, then at 225 for 1 hour. Spread on topping and bake at 200 for 15 minutes.
