Ingredients

1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c melted butter

1 c sugar

2 8 oz packages cream cheese

3 eggs

2 t vanilla

1 pint sour cream

Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 c sugar. Pat crumbs into bottom of lightly buttered 9-inch springform pan. Chill 15-20 minutes.

Beat 1/2 c sugar, eggs, 1 t vanilla and eggs. Pour into chilled crust. Bake at 375 about 20 minutes until center jiggles only slightly. Let cool 15 minutes. Turn oven to 425. Mix sour cream, 1 t vanilla and 1/4 c sugar. Spread over cheesecake. Bake until set, 12-14 minutes. Let cook to room temperature, then chill up to 2 days.
