Ingredients
Crust: 1 and 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Filling: 2 lbs soft cream cheese
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping: 1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
To make crust: Grease springform pan all over. Combine crust ingredients and pack crust up to one inch from the top. Bake for 8 minutes on 350. Remove and cool. To make filling: Combine with mixer at high speed for about 6 minutes. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. To make topping: Combine topping ingredients with mixer for 3 minutes. Pour over cake and bake for 10 minutes on 475. Cool completely and refrigerate overnight. Add whatever fruit you like!
