Ingredients
4 x 8 ounce bars of cream cheese
1 pint of sour cream
4 separated eggs
1 1/4 cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of corn starch
1 tablespoon of water
3 teaspoons of vanilla
Preparation
Mix well. Whip egg whites folding the yolk in at the end.
Bake in center of oven: 30 minutes at 350 degrees 30 minutes at 300 degrees 15 minutes at 400 degrees
Turn off heat and open oven door halfway and let sit for 30 additional minutes.
