Ingredients
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup confectionars sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream or half/half
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
prepare graham crust and put in 9 inch pan
beat cream cheese and add ingredients in the order given above.
bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
top it with stuff if you want.
