Ingredients
Crust
3/4 C coarsely ground walnuts
3/4 C crushed graham crackers
3 T unsalted butter
Filling
4 8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese at room temp.
4 eggs
1 1/4 C sugar
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 t vanilla
Topping
2 C sour cream
1/4 sugar
1 t vanilla
Preparation
Crust - combine ingredients and press into bottom of spring form pan. Filling - beat cream cheese until smooth, add eggs, etc. Beat thoroughly. Spoon over crust. Set pan on baking sheet. Bake for 40 -45 min. (10" pan) or 50-55 min. (9" pan). Remove from oven and let sit for 15 min. Combine ingredients for topping. Spoon topping over cheese cake, starting at middle.Return to oven for 5 min. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
