Ingredients
Crust -
2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter
Cake-
3 (8 oz) packages Philadelphia cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping -
1 pint sour cream
6 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Crust - Mix crushed graham cracker with butter. Press into large spring form pan or 9 x 13 pan.
Cake - Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Fill crust and bake 350’ for 55 - 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Topping - Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour on top of cake and bake 10 minutes more.
Cool and refrigerate or freeze.
