Ingredients
1 lbs. ground beef
1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (makes 8)
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 ½ tsp. Worcestshire Sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
½ cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
Press each biscuit into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain.
Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestshire sauce and brown sugar. Stir until mixed.
Spoon beef mixture into muffin cups and top with a cube of Velveeta. Bake at 400 for 14 - 16 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
