cup grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz)

teaspoon Italian seasoning

can (12 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (10 Count)

cubes (1/2 inch each) Cheddar, Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

tablespoons butter, melted

cup pizza sauce, heated, if desired

Preparation

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch round pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until well mixed.

Separate dough into 12 biscuits; flatten each into 2 1/2-inch round. Place 1 cheese cube in center of each biscuit round. Bring dough up around cheese cube; press edges to seal; shape into ball. Roll in butter, then in Parmesan cheese mixture. Place seam-side down 1/4 inch apart in pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; serve warm with pizza sauce.
