Ingredients

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

1 Stick Margarine

3 Eggs

12 oz confectioner’s sugar

2 TBS confectioner’s sugar for topping

1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened

Preparation

  1. Combine yellow cake mix, margarine and one (1) egg. Mix and press into ungreased 13x9x1 pan.

  2. Mix cream cheese, two (2) eggs, and confectioner’s sugar. Pour on top of cake mixture and bake @ 350 for 40 minutes

  3. Let cake cool; cut into squares and sprinkle top with remaining confectioner’s sugar
