Ingredients
4 slices of white bread
4 slices of medium cheddar cheese, I prefer - Pannonia from Hungary.
Oil for the grill or frying pan
2 cans of tomato paste
1/2 cup of cream
4 large tomatoes
2 cups of water
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of course ground pepper
1/2 tbsp of fresh basil
1/2 tbsp of fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Preparation
Place two slices of cheese in between two slices of bread. Grill the cheese sandwiches on medium heat in a oiled pan.
Bring water to a boil, add the tomato paste, sliced tomatoes and boil for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, basil, parsley, cream and sugar, simmer for 10 minutes
