Ingredients
8 slices french bread
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cup milk 2 tsp creole mustard
1 can diced chiles.
Preparation
cube bread spread evenly over 9x13 pan. Cover with 1/2 cheese and all of the chiless, onions, ham. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
