Ingredients

2 lb bag frozen hash browns

1/2 cup melted butter

2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

crushed cornflakes

melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 In 8x11 baking dish combine hash browns with 1/2 cup melted butter. Add in sour cream, onion, soup and cheese, mixing well. Spread evenly in dish, and sprinkle with cornflakes. Drizzle with extra melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
