Ingredients
2 Large Cans Pineapple Chunks
1 Can Juice from Pinapple Chunks
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
6 Tbls All-Purpose Flour
1 Tube of Ritz Crackers
1 Stick Butter (Melted)
Preparation
Pre-heat oven 350
In a large Casserole dish add Pineapple chunks and 1 can juice. In a bowel mix sugar and Flour together and sprinkle evenly over pineapple, then sprinkle cheese over the flour mixture. Crush ritz crackers in a ziplock bag and sprinkle over the cheese. Pour melted butter over the crackers and bake for 25 Minutes
