Ingredients
2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
dough:
500gr farm cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon flour
Preparation
dry the farm cheese by putting it to cheesecloth for at least 1 hour. add the egg to the dried farm cheese. Then add flour, salt and sugar. Preheat the frying pan and then melt the butter. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the pan. Fry from both sides for 2-3 min, until pretty golden crust.
