Ingredients
400 g pork
1 zucchini
1 dl marinated sun dried tomatoes
4 dl pasta sauce
250 g tagliatelle
200 g grated cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Slice the pork in portions and fry them in some butter a few minutes on each side. Slice the zucchini about 1/2 cm thick In an ovenproof dish put the pork and zucchini in layers. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Chop the tomatoes and add to the dish. Place the dish in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta
