Ingredients

1 lb. gruyere cheese, grated

3/4 lb. emmenthaler cheese, grated

6 tsp cornstarch

1 shallot, minced

1 tsp whole grain mustard

1 clove, garlic

2 1/4 cups white wine

Preparation

  1. In large bowl, combine cheeses and cornstarch.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on setting 5 and sautee garlic and shallots.
  3. Add wine and mustard, stirring.
  4. Add cheese little by little, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce setting to 3.
  6. Serve while keeping warm and enjoy!!
