Ingredients
1 lb. gruyere cheese, grated
3/4 lb. emmenthaler cheese, grated
6 tsp cornstarch
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 clove, garlic
2 1/4 cups white wine
Preparation
- In large bowl, combine cheeses and cornstarch.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on setting 5 and sautee garlic and shallots.
- Add wine and mustard, stirring.
- Add cheese little by little, stirring constantly.
- Reduce setting to 3.
- Serve while keeping warm and enjoy!!
