Ingredients
8 slices bread
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Cut crust off bread, place in buttered 9x13 in. pan Add grated cheese and sausage which has been browned and drained. Combine eggs, soup, milk and salt. Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
*This is better if prepared the night before and refrigerated.
