Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
cherry pre-filling or strawberry jam
Preparation
Mix ingredients except filling. Place in 6-8 cupcake liners/muffin tin. Add cream cheese mixture, filling almost to the top and bake at 350 degrees for 15minutes. Spoon tsp. of fruit on each. Refrigerate or freeze.
